If you:

  • Know someone whose life has been turned upside down by a tumor of the brain or spine
  • Can imagine the shock of hearing a doctor say “It might be a brain tumor” or “You have cancer in your spine”
  • Would like to reduce the suffering inflicted by these tumors in Rhode Island
  • Believe that people working together can achieve victory over these difficult diseases

We ask you to join us in our urgent mission to ease the burden of brain and spine tumors in the Ocean State.  Your contribution will help us address the needs of Rhode Islanders who are striving to cope with brain or spine tumors. It will allow us to arm them with knowledge about nearby treatment options, practical assistance, and peer support. It will strengthen our initiative to publicize local clinical trials, with the goal of enhancing patients’ access to new therapies through research.

Apart from the satisfaction that comes from helping others, donating to the Foundation may reduce your income taxes and estate taxes. In some cases, restrictions may apply; a professional tax advisor can tell you more. To receive a receipt for tax purposes, be sure to give us your name and contact information.
